Alternatively, you may submit your registration by mail. Only completed registration form with cheque payment will be accepted.

Registration Confirmation
A letter of confirmation will be sent after the Meeting Secretariat has received a fully completed registration form and the related payment. Your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.

Cancellation
No refund will be made for cancellation of registration.
