PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT

The personal data of participants collected will be used solely for registration, communication, and event organization. The HKMF 2025 Meeting Secretariat will not share or disclose your personal data to any third party without the explicit consent of the Organizer unless required by law or a legal obligation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such circumstances, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, loss or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss or expense against the Organizer arising there from.
All cancellations must be made by e-mail and reach the HKMF 2025 Meeting Secretariat on or before April 11, 2025. Refund will be completed within two months after the event but an administrative charge of 50% will be deducted. Cancellation requests after the above deadline will NOT be considered.
No refunds will be made for no show at the event.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that all aspects of the HKMF announced will take place as scheduled, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes at any time should the need arise.
